Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Auditor in a mid-level, full-time role within the Financial Services department. The position focuses on medical claims data analysis, forensic investigations, damages calculations, and sophisticated financial modeling to support investigations, settlements, and recoveries.

The candidate should have strong experience in forensic accounting and related litigation work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, and/or health care fraud analysis.
• Understanding of rules of evidence and civil procedures; admissibility of evidence and related policies.
• CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex personal and business financial records to identify payments, kickbacks, money flows, assets, sources and uses of cash, and damages.
• Assess ability to pay settlements and judgments, including debt covenants, earning analyses, ratios, AR/AP, aging, taxes, and payment terms.
• Identify related party transactions and analyze healthcare claims data.
• Create financial damage models for litigation, conduct asset valuation, records reconstruction, and present financial evidence.
