Job summary

Titan Mechanical seeks a Senior Foreman to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems on multifamily construction sites. You will supervise a team of technicians, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and excellent communication to coordinate with project managers and subcontractors on-site for efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a mechanical foreman or in a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed per schedules.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems in line with codes and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and address issues.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials, labor hours, and progress.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment; resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with procurement of materials and equipment within budget.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanical Foreman to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems on construction sites. The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• - Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed according to project schedules and specifications.
• - Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, and mechanical systems, in accordance with building codes and industry standards.
• - Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• - Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
