Job summary

Palacios Marine & Industrial Coatings, Inc. seeks an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead field crews in construction, maintenance, and industrial projects.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate manpower and materials, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold OSHA safety standards on site. Responsibilities include planning daily work, reading blueprints, training staff, and reporting accurately to project management and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Able to read construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in safety regulations and site policies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess a valid TWIC Card.
• Experience in industrial facilities preferred.
• NCCER certification is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Foreman to lead mechanical crews in the safe and efficient execution of construction, maintenance, and industrial projects. The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field activities, coordinating manpower and materials, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with all safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• experience in industrial Facilities


• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.


• Preferred NCCER or related mechanical certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.


• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.


• Must be able to wear required PPE and work in industrial settings.
