Job summary

Amgen is seeking a US Commercial Forecasting Senior Manager in Cardiovascular. The role partners with Commercial leadership to deliver data‑backed insights, influence stakeholders, and manage forecasting for the Cardiovascular portfolio.

Location flexibility includes Thousand Oaks, CA with a strong data‑driven focus and collaboration across R&D, Finance, Manufacturing, and Pricing. The position reports to the Director of Forecasting within the Commercial Business Analytics & Insights (BAI)

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in a quantitative field with relevant forecasting/ analytics/ finance experience
• Master’s degree with 4+ years in forecasting/ analytics/ finance
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in forecasting/ analytics/ finance
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years in forecasting/ analytics/ finance
• High school/GED with 12+ years in forecasting/ analytics/ finance

Responsibilities

• Forecast development and management using advanced techniques and scenario planning
• Conduct strategic analysis and insights to align forecasts with business strategies
• Communicate forecasts to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners
• Leverage data visualization tools and forecasting software to improve accuracy and efficiency
