Nestlé IT & Digital Americas is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist (Forecasting) to design and deploy production-grade forecasting models for Nestlé USA Digital.

You will partner with Supply Chain Planning and Analytics to bring Agentic AI and GenAI into forecasting workflows, improving accuracy and decision-making. The role is onsite in Arlington, VA, focusing on scalable forecasting processes, KPI monitoring, and enablement across cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, forecasting, or advanced analytics with SQL/Python.
• 3+ years deploying machine learning models in production (time series, regression, classification).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy forecasting models in production.
• Build scalable forecasting pipelines with ML Ops practices.
• Embed GenAI and Agentic AI into forecasting workflows for accuracy and insights.
• Evaluate new AI/ML methods to increase accuracy and scalability across SKUs and data sources.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to align needs with solutions.
• Deliver training and forecast office hours to improve analytics literacy.
