Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
• 3-4 years’ experience designing and developing innovative footwear.
• Knowledge of form, color, materials, human factors for consumer experience.
• Lives at the intersection of sport, fashion, and culture.
• Translate consumer insights into product solutions and narratives.
• Experience in technical footwear design.
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skills.
• Proficient in 2D technical drawings (tech packs).
• Cobbling and prototyping skills are a plus.
• 3D design programs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
