Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Designer with a strong background in athletic and lifestyle footwear to drive concepts and trends in a fast-paced environment.

You will design across Mens, Womens, and Kids, develop 2D/3D concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling 10–15% domestically. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in fashion/footwear design or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in athletic and/or lifestyle footwear design.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and market direction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative footwear concepts and lifestyle designs for the current market.
• Develop high-quality 2D and 3D design concepts within established timelines.
• Apply technical knowledge across aesthetics, materials, development, manufacturing, quality, and construction.
• Research the U.S. footwear market to identify silhouettes and trends.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting seasonal milestones and deadlines.
• Create fast, polished concepts and renderings using Illustrator.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and also work independently when needed.
• Travel approximately 10–15% domestically, with occasional international travel.
