Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or Graphic Design.
• 4–6 years of progressive shoe design experience and knowledge of shoe constructions and materials.
• Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and 3‑D design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and affordable footwear design concepts.
• Work with design management, development and marketing on projects to maximize effectiveness and build product to target cost.
• Create accurate CADs quickly and efficiently.
• Build and present seasonal product strategies and trend boards.
• Understand tech packs for outsole and upper designs and read blueprints accurately.
