You will assemble, sign off, and verify high-risk meal trays and prioritize VIP and RUSH trays while ensuring safety and timely delivery across the hospital.

You will mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, monitor compliance with dietary requirements, participate in audits, and contribute to quality and workflow improvement

Qualifications

• Four years of prior food preparation/service experience.
