Fresh & Ready Foods Group in Texas seeks a Quality Manager for SQF and food safety leadership in a Ready-to-Eat manufacturing environment. You will drive regulatory compliance, system improvements, and team development to protect consumer safety and brand integrity.

You will lead a team, oversee QA processes, and collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure product quality. Strong data skills and HACCP/SQF expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, food science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of food manufacturing experience with 5+ years in management.
• SQF Practitioner and HACCP certified.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• USDA manufacturing experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Safe Quality Food (SQF) and food safety programs in a Ready-to-Eat facility.
• Drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Quality team.
• Oversee labeling accuracy and compliance for finished goods.
• Analyze audits and KPIs to identify trends and corrective actions.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, food science, engineering, or related field

SQF Practitioner

HACCP certified

Strong Excel and data-analysis skills

USDA manufacturing experience
