Ya YA FOODS in Ogden, UT is seeking a supervisor to monitor production processes and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency, minimize downtime, and uphold GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. • High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in food, beverage, packaging, bottling, or PET manufacturing preferred.
• Strong GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality systems knowledge.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and overtime.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards; conduct shift meetings and communicate goals and performance expectations.
• Investigate and resolve production, quality, and safety issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, and Planning to support operational objectives; maintain production records and performance metrics.
• Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to meet production demands.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and waste reduction.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Support new product launches, process improvements, and operational projects.
