Horizon Organic Dairy in Salt Lake City is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead hourly associates, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. You will drive accountability, set clear expectations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2–3 years in manufacturing, preferably in food/beverage. Strong lean manufacturing experience and problem-solving skills are essential, with weekend/night shift

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience with continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage budgeting and loss analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead hourly associates to meet Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals.
• Drive accountability and set consistent expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production requirements.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere and engage all employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Manage attendance and timecard validation.
• Address employee concerns and administer discipline as needed.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, AIB, FDA, ISO standards.
