Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and work with money, weight, volume.
• Must pass math and literacy test successfully.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and WIPs for use in Amy's kitchen products.
• Follow SOPs for Prep equipment and standard batching procedures.
• Ensure correct labeling and storage of containers with contents and production data.
• Report any quality or safety issues immediately to Lead Prep or Supervisor.
• Maintain daily shift reports and support production scheduling.
