Job summary

Amy's Kitchen, Inc. is hiring for a Plant Hourly Standard position in White City, OR. You will assist in preparing raw materials and WIPs for food production, working 2nd shift with a Monday–Friday schedule and every other weekend.

The role includes on-the-job training, competitive pay, and benefits. The job requires basic math and reading skills, ability to follow standardized procedures, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards while contributing to a collaborative, safe work

Qualifications

Must pass math and literacy tests successfully.
Education/experience equivalent to minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

Follow instructions from Shift Lead, Lead Prep, Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Manager.
Understand and follow all SOPs for Prep equipment.
Understand and follow standard batching procedures including correct weighing and measuring.
Ensure correct labeling and storage procedures for all food/ingredients.
Report quality issues to Lead Prep or Shift Lead immediately.
Comply with employee handbook, safety manual and GMP requirements.
Maintain compliance with Critical Control Points and preventive controls as applicable.
Report mechanical problems to Prep Lead, Supervisor or Maintenance.
