Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass math and literacy test successfully.
• Basic math and reading abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Shift Lead, Lead Prep, Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Manager.
• Understand and follow SOPs for prep equipment.
• Follow standard batching procedures including weighing and measuring.
• Ensure correct tagging and storage procedures and correct label descriptions.
• Report quality issues to Lead Prep or Shift Lead.
• Maintain compliance with safety and GMP guidelines.
• Complete daily Shift Report and assist in production scheduling as needed.
