Amy's Kitchen, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator IV for the 1st shift (3:30 AM – 12:00 PM) at our White City, OR site. This on-site role emphasizes preparing raw materials and WIPs for production, following SOPs, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position includes on-the-job training, weekend rotation, and incentive bonuses. Applicants should be able to perform basic math and reading tasks, label and weigh ingredients accurately, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Math and literacy tests may be required.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to weigh and measure ingredients.
• Certificate in batch sheet usage is noted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of raw materials and WIPs for food products.
• Follow SOPs for Prep equipment.
• Label and store materials correctly and ensure food safety practices.
• Report mechanical problems and maintain Shift reports.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and production schedules.
