Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate math and measurement skills required.
• Reliable, self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Eligible to operate forklift/palletjack certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and tend the PT machines.
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot to prevent breakdowns.
• Feed dough into the PT machine and shovel filling as required.
• Monitor process quality and ensure dough and filling meet specs.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move raw materials.
• Report issues to Lead/Manager and Maintenance teams.
• Follow all safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
