Penn. Food Corporation and Morski Brands in Wisconsin is seeking a Procurement & Planning Manager to lead purchasing, planning, and supplier relations in a regulated food-manufacturing environment.

You will drive ERP/MRP-based material planning, optimize inventory, coordinate with QA, R&D, and operations, and ensure cost-effective sourcing while meeting safety standards and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, production planning, materials management, inventory control, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and services.
• Develop supplier relationships to support quality, cost, and supply continuity.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory, R&D, and Operations to meet food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Identify and communicate supply risks and alternate sourcing options.
• Develop and communicate production plans aligned with customer orders and forecasts.
• Use ERP/MRP tools and data to determine material requirements and schedule feasibility.
• Monitor schedule attainment, shortages, and changes; develop recovery plans.
• Support new product launches and packaging changes with material readiness.
