Strong ERP/MRP, supplier management, and inventory control experience.
Ability to coordinate across Operations, Quality, Warehouse, and Leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Lead purchasing for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and services.
Develop supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times, and contracts.
Coordinate production planning with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Sales.
Use ERP/MRP tools and inventory reports to determine material requirements and schedule feasibility.
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Support new product launches and packaging changes with material readiness.
