Job summary

Solina USA in North Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to repair and troubleshoot a wide range of food processing and facility equipment, including Winpak VFFS packaging machines, chillers, kettles, steam systems, and related systems in a sauce manufacturing setting.

You will diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues, install and repair components, maintain PLCs and printers, perform preventive maintenance, weld when needed, and document work orders

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or 4 years in food manufacturing maintenance.
Vocational diploma, technical diploma, or associate degree is a plus.
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic domains.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues on complex food processing equipment, focusing on Winpak VFFS systems.
Install, maintain, and repair components across chillers, kettles, steam systems, and waste water treatment.
Troubleshoot PLC systems, printers, valves, actuators, and various pumps.
Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs clearly.
Weld and fabricate components as needed to support repairs and modifications.
