Job summary

Solina USA in North Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and troubleshoot a wide range of food processing and facility equipment in a sauce manufacturing environment. The role focuses on Winpak VFFS packaging machines, chillers, kettles, steam systems, and related systems, with strong mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on repair responsibilities.

You will install, maintain, and repair components, support wiring and PLC systems, perform preventive maintenance, document work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience or 4 years in industrial maintenance.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical manuals and work orders for diverse equipment.
Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues on complex equipment, focusing on Winpak VFFS machines.
Install, maintain, and repair belts, filters, gears, valves, pumps, and gearboxes across systems like chillers and steam.
Troubleshoot PLCs, printers, valves, actuators, and pumps; perform preventive maintenance and calibration.
Weld and fabricate components as needed; document work orders clearly and thoroughly.
Mentor and train less experienced maintenance staff; ensure safe, compliant operations.
