Job summary

Superior Sauce Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our high-speed sauce production and packaging lines. This hands-on role requires diagnosing equipment issues quickly, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping operations safe and reliable with minimal downtime.

You will read manuals, troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, and collaborate with the production team.

Qualifications

• Several years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical controls, sensors, motors, and safe diagnostic practices.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on fillers, pumps, conveyors, motors, and related production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to production-line issues and equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose recurring equipment problems, determine root causes, complete repairs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and follow equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Support safe work practices and maintain an orderly maintenance environment.
