Aventura Catering at the Phoenix Convention Center seeks a Senior Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead all F&B operations, plan and execute catering orders and special events, oversee bars, retail and theater service, and ensure seamless delivery of customer expectations.

You will inspire and supervise the catering team, coordinate with clients and venue partners, and drive standards for quality, safety, and efficiency across all service areas.
