Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations including supervising teams, developing menus, pricing, hiring, and admin.
• Conduct market research to inform pricing for menus and beverages across departments.
• Manage preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop and implement catering solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Create annual marketing plans for catering, including collateral, sales strategies, and budgets.
• Set and deliver sales, food, and labor targets; ensure catering events run smoothly.
