Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in food service, restaurant operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and operational performance.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications incl. Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all food & beverage operations across the park, including restaurants and catering.
• Oversee purchasing, warehouse functions and inventory controls.
• Develop and mentor full-time, seasonal, and leadership team members.
• Monitor safety, quality, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability.
