Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to train others in stocking, setup, and display techniques.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Handle customer concerns, register issues, and transactional problems with urgency.
• Direct team members in setup and maintenance of displays and sales areas.
• Support scheduling and staffing coordination, including call-outs and adjustments.
• Coach and mentor team leads and supervisors for performance improvement.
• Perform inventory-related tasks using computerized systems.
• Model strong register operations and accurate cash handling.
• Deliver outstanding sales and service by engaging with guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following Six Flags policies.
• Promote a culture of integrity, inclusion, and professionalism.
• Lead store setup and merchandising aligned with visual guidelines.
• Document and respond to team performance issues with corrective coaching.
• Support cross-functional needs within Retail Department.
