The Hilton at Short Hills (Website) is searching for a talented Senior Food and Beverage Manager to lead their team! This property is conveniently located close to the business hubs of Morristown and Parsippany and a short drive from I-78. Our hotel features locally-sourced food, an outdoor terrace and lounge, tennis courts, and indoor/outdoor pools. We’re across the street from The Mall at Short Hills. Boasting 314 rooms and 21,158 square feet of meeting space, this position will be leading a Food and Beverage team of 40 team members, two supervisors, and two banquet managers.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who enjoys being hands-on, has a passion for implementing policies and procedures, and has 3 years of Food and Beverage experience. Experience working with a workforce under a collective bargaining unit is an asset.

What will I be doing?
Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.
