White Lodging seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to lead day-to-day operations of multiple outlets, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction. You will set standards for food and beverage quality, control labor costs, and work with kitchen, sales, and marketing to drive performance.

The role requires prior management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the potential for a college degree. This is a full-time, on-site position in Wyoming, USA.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of outlets to ensure profitability and guest focus.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and manage labor costs.
  • Ensure cashier systems are in place and aligned with the SMART plan.
  • Collaborate with kitchen to maximize speed of service and quality.
  • Monitor product quality, trends, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Keep staff informed on offerings, pricing, policies, and local events.
  • Work with marketing and sales for promotional and operational efforts.

Sets and maintains highstandards of food and beverage quality, and is strategic creating programs and processes to increase associate satisfaction and reduce turnover, while tightly managing sales volume and labor costs.

Summary:

  • Responsible for to day operations of these outlets to maintain an efficient, profitable, associate and guest centric environment. Sets and maintains highstandards of food and beverage quality, and is strategic creating programs and processes to increase associate satisfaction and reduce turnover, while tightly managing sales volume and labor costs.
Responsibilities
  • Ensures systems are in place to accurately capture sales.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient service of all amenities, meals and beverages
  • Ensure that cashier systems are in place following the SMART plan.
  • Work closely with the kitchen supervisor to maximize speed of service.
  • Utilize the sales and marketing plan as basis for setting customer service goals and long term scheduling. Validate the sales plan is in line with Period and Quarterly projections.
  • Monitor and assess product quality, satisfaction, and trends to determine if any change in programs or strategy is required.
  • Ensure all team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, event, pricing and policies and are knowledgeable of the local area and events.
  • Works closely with social media and marketing contacts in Sales on promotional and operational efforts to maximize achievement of sales (advertising, posters, mailers, local businesses and residences)

Other information:

Skills
  • Where local law requires it, must be able to hold valid liquor license.
  • Proven experience with food service administrative functions, such as ordering, inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
  • Proven computer, administrative, math, accounting, and supervisory skills. Experience working with a variety of commercial food service equipment
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers and other company personnel. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, guests or employees.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Education/Experience
  • Previous Management experience required
  • High School Degree/GED; College Degree Preferred
