Qualifications

• Experience managing and evaluating an organization-wide FOIA or public records program.

Responsibilities

• Oversees FOIA requests from intake through final response, including docket management and drafting responses.
• Supervises FOIA Office personnel: assign work, set deadlines, appraisals, mentoring and training.
• Leads PHMSA FOIA program, develops policies and procedures, maintains reference guides.
