Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution for SecureRelease. You will coordinate engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver timely releases aligned with ROI goals within a federal IT environment.

The role emphasizes market research, competitive analysis, and strong written and spoken communication to drive product success across departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and ROI opportunities from a build vs. buy perspective.
• Assess competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Analyze product requirements and develop programs to ensure success.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across departments.
• Drive product research, market research, planning, roadmap development, and launch.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements for engineering prototypes and final product development.
• Create strategy documents describing business cases, use cases, and ROI.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales on releases and resource balance.
• Develop product positioning and messaging differentiated across market segments.
• Manage and deliver Release Notes.
• Schedule walkthroughs and client notifications.
• Schedule product deployment and manage feature requests queue.
