Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within the IT department. You will drive SecureRelease from research and planning through launch, coordinating across engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure ROI and differentiation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, writing, and leadership in a dynamic environment, with responsibilities ranging from market analysis to release notes and roadmap development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience leading product development.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills for marketing and exec reviews.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SecureRelease product roadmap and cross-functional execution.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and ROI to shape features.
• Define requirements and coordinate prototype to final product development.
• Drive timelines across departments and manage product launches.
• Develop positioning and messaging for primary market segments.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales for QA and releases.
• Maintain release notes and manage feature requests backlog.
