CGS is seeking a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to lead the SecureRelease product across cross-functional teams. You will drive market research, roadmap development, and product launches while translating strategy into detailed requirements for engineers.

The role emphasizes ROI-focused analysis, competitive differentiation, and collaboration with IT, engineering, and marketing to deliver impactful government-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong presentation/public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and partnerships from ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
• Assess current competitor offerings for differentiation.
• Develop programs to meet product requirements and timelines.
• Lead market research, roadmap development, positioning, and product launches.
• Translate strategy into detailed engineering requirements and prototypes.
• Create business cases, use cases, and ROI documentation.
• Define product objectives for marketing communications plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales for release.
