Job summary

CGS, a government-focused technology contractor, is seeking a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to oversee the SecureRelease product line. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate strategy into engineering-ready requirements, and guide market research, competitive analysis, and product launches.

You will shape product marketing, define roadmaps, and craft messaging across key government sectors while aligning with ROI goals and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering required.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and partnerships from ROI and build vs. buy perspectives.
• Assess current competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Develop programs to ensure product requirements are achieved.
• Create production timelines across departments and manage releases.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements for engineering prototypes and final product.
• Develop product strategy documents covering business cases, use cases, and ROI.
• Define marketing communications plans and sales strategies based on market data.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales for development and QA.
• Develop product positioning and messaging across market segments.
• Manage and deliver Release Notes and product deployment schedules.
