Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to support the IT mission of a large federal agency. You will lead product management and marketing tasks across cross-functional teams to deliver SecureRelease initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in product development lifecycle, cross-functional leadership, and effective communication, with a focus on ROI and strategic roadmap execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in product design or engineering.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven track record overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Experience delivering product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and partnerships from ROI and build vs. buy perspectives.
• Assess current competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Develop programs to ensure product requirements are achieved.
• Create production timelines across departments and oversee releases.
• Lead product research, market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development.
• Translate strategy into detailed engineering requirements for prototypes and final product development.
• Create strategy documents describing business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue and ROI.
• Develop sales strategies and marketing communications plans based on market data.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing and sales on development, QA and release.
