CGS is seeking a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This position will allow candidates to demonstrate expertise in product management and marketing tasks.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective
• Assess competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities
• Develop and execute product requirements and programs to ensure success
• Manage production timelines across departments
• Lead product research, market analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams
• Create business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and ROI analysis
• Develop sales strategies and marketing objectives based on market data
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and QA teams
• Develop product positioning and messaging for primary market segments
• Manage release notes, client notifications, deployment schedules, and feature request priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
• Strong experience in product management
• Experience overseeing the entire product development lifecycle
• Effective cross-functional team management
• Proven product marketing experience
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills

Ideally, you will also have:

• Master’s degree in related fields
• Software and web development experience
• Experience as a non-managerial product developer
