Base pay range

$149,760.00/yr - $216,320.00/yr

CGS is seeking a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This position offers an opportunity to demonstrate expertise in product management and marketing.

Skills and attributes for success:
  • Drive the SecureRelease product and business planning across cross-functional teams
  • Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective
  • Assess competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities
  • Develop and execute product requirements and programs to ensure goals are achieved
  • Manage production timelines across departments
  • Lead research, market analysis, planning, positioning, and product launch activities
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams
  • Create business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and ROI analyses
  • Develop sales strategies and marketing objectives based on market data
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams on product development and release
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for primary market segments
  • Manage release notes, client notifications, product deployment, and feature requests
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
  • Significant experience in product management roles
  • Experience overseeing the entire product development lifecycle
  • Strong cross-functional team management skills
  • Proven success in product marketing strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills
Ideally, you will also have:
  • Master’s degree in related fields
  • Experience in software and web development
  • Experience as a non-managerial product developer
