CGS is seeking a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This position allows candidates to demonstrate expertise in product management and marketing.

Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams
  • Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from ROI and build vs. buy perspectives
  • Assess competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities
  • Analyze product requirements and develop programs to achieve them
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines
  • Drive execution of the SecureRelease product, including research, analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements, and launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed engineering requirements
  • Create strategy documents covering business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales on product development, QA, and release
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for primary market segments
  • Manage and deliver Release Notes, schedule walkthroughs, client notifications, and product deployment
  • Manage feature requests and priorities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Experience overseeing all elements of product development lifecycle
  • Effective cross-functional team management
  • Experience with product marketing strategies
  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills
Ideally, You Will Also Have
  • Master’s degree in product design or engineering
  • Software and web development experience
  • Experience as a product developer in non-managerial roles
