Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager

CGS is seeking a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This position offers an opportunity to demonstrate expertise in product management and marketing tasks.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

1. Drive the SecureRelease product and business planning across cross-functional teams.
2. Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and partnerships from ROI and build vs. buy perspectives.
3. Assess competitors and identify differentiation opportunities.
4. Develop and execute product requirements, research, and launch strategies.
5. Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and positioning documents.
6. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product delivery.
7. Manage client communications, release notes, and deployment schedules.
8. Prioritize feature requests and manage product backlog.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.
2. Experience in product management, overseeing the full lifecycle.
3. Strong cross-functional team management skills.
4. Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in related field.
2. Experience in software/web development.
3. Previous non-managerial product development experience.

Salary Range: $149,760 - $216,320 annually
