Tecolote Research, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented professional to support Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) processes for Space Force records.

On-site in El Segundo, CA, you will analyze requests, ensure lawful disclosure, and coordinate with contracting offices and Space Access groups. The role requires nine years in acquisition management, FOIA experience, and TS/SCI clearance, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Nine years of Acquisition Management and Planning experience in government or space programs.
• Experience responding to FOIA for large government organizations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and TMT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on time-sensitive, high-visibility tasks.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between contracting office, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Action Group, and other Space Access organizations in response to FOIA requests.
• Receive, review, redact, and analyze new and backlogged FOIA requests to ensure lawful disclosure of Space Force records.
