P.F. Chang’s is hiring immediately for a senior front-of-house manager (Senior Restaurant Manager / Senior FOH Manager) to lead the hospitality team at our Littleton location. This full-time salaried role oversees all front-of-house operations, enforces company procedures, and reports to the Operating Partner.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, training, scheduling, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards in a high-volume, guest-focused dining environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Experience in hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Experience mentoring hourly team members.
• Strong communication skills to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates training of Hospitality Team Members.
• Articulates clearly to Team Members, management, and Guests.
• Develops schedules for Hospitality Team members.
• Holds pre-shift meetings for staff focus and direction.
• Ensures dress code standards are followed by front-of-house staff.
• Ensures compliance with state safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manages controllable expenses for the area of responsibility.
• Oversees check-outs for Hospitality staff.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for Team Members and Guests.
