Job summary

ACE Consulting Group is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Senior Engineer to lead cradle-to-grave systems engineering for naval aviation programs in the U.S.

This role directly supports the FMS Program Manager and APME to ensure rigorous technical baselines, LOAs, and airworthiness objectives are met across platforms. You will coordinate with SMEs in NAVAIR/NAVSEA, drive risk management, plan tests, and oversee configuration and interface management, travel ~1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in naval aviation SE.
• 3+ years performing SE milestones and reviews in Acquisition.
• MS/MA in engineering or related field; substituted by BS + 4 years.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for classified access; Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support FMS Program Manager and APME with SE rigor for LOAs.
• Develop technical requirements, documentation and tests.
• Lead risk management, obsolescence solutions, and SOW/CDRL activity.
• Coordinate with NAVAIR/NAVSEA technical domains and SMEs.
• Plan, execute and document system integration and testing.
• Travel ~1–2 times per month (CONUS/OCONUS).
