Job summary

ACE Consulting Group seeks a Journeyman Engineer to support the Patuxent River, MD customer with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case work. The engineer will assist Case Managers and PMs in analyzing and managing FMS casework in compliance with ITAR, SAMM, and DoD policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating SAR Board meetings, processing RFTs and Engineering Memos, maintaining TER/HAZREP trackers, and supporting action-item follow-ups to ensure timely, compliant program execution.

Qualifications

• ASc degree in engineering or STEM.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Secret clearance is required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host SAR Board meetings.
• Support ICWG meetings and action item follow-ups.
• Process and format Requests for Tests (RFT) for the engineering team.
• Process and format Engineering Memos for the Engineering team.
• Maintain TER tracker and document closure.
• Follow up on Hazard Reports to determine a path forward.
