Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to build and maintain mobile applications used in production environments. You will own features from development through deployment, collaborating across teams to ensure scalable, high-quality results.

You will develop cross-platform UI with Flutter & Dart, implement robust state management, and integrate REST APIs and Firebase services. Strong testing, code reviews, and Agile practices are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Flutter development experience.
• Strong hands-on Flutter/Dart expertise with production apps.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP and Firebase services.
• Experience with Git/version control and mobile deployment pipelines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party libraries
• Implement state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX)
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and Agile development activities
• Publish and maintain apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Flutter development experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Flutter
• Dart
• State management frameworks
• Unit, widget, and integration testing

Experience with:

• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP
• Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics)
• Git/version control
• SQLite or Hive
• Android and/or iOS development

Nice to Have

• Kotlin, Java, or Swift experience
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Payment gateway integrations
• Maps, notifications, and location services

We're specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on Flutter/Dart expertise who have built and supported production applications. Experience with mobile architecture, state management, testing strategies, and scalable application development is critical.
