Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in mobile development.
• Production apps with Flutter/Dart across iOS and Android.
• API integration, data modeling, and offline data handling.
• Testable, maintainable, and performant mobile codebases.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and safe AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Layla’s Flutter mobile experience across iOS and Android.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from design to release and support.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and backend engineers to craft intuitive flows.
• Drive quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Safely integrate AI/ML capabilities within the app and ensure responsible use.
• Contribute to native interoperability and establish reusable Flutter patterns.
