Blue Origin is seeking a Fluid Systems Production Engineer III for hands-on floor support, troubleshooting, and optimization of high-performance valve components designed for spaceflight. You will collaborate with design, procurement, and operations to ensure manufacturability, quality, and reliability across challenging cryogenic environments.

The role emphasizes design-for-manufacturability, process improvements, and rigorous documentation using 3D CAD/FEA tools, following ASME Y14.5

Formación

• BS degree in a technical field (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Aerospace).
• 5+ years in manufacturing or design engineering supporting complex mechanical/ fluid systems.
• Understanding of fluid components (valves, regulators, fittings) and thermodynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on floor support to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Dispositión de non-conforming hardware and interpret drawings per specifications.
• Drive DFMs and lead design-for-manufacturability reviews for internal and supplier hardware.
