Job summary

JonnyPops, LLC in Elk River, MN seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to improve fluid processing on the plant floor, including mixing, pasteurization, filtration, and separation. You will work alongside operators and maintenance to turn data into tangible gains in yield, throughput, and safety.

The role demands 8+ years of hands-on engineering in food/beverage manufacturing, CAD proficiency, and a strong on-floor presence. Expect cross-functional collaboration and capital-project involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Chemical or Process Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on engineering in fluid-related processing.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing with strong on-floor exposure.
• Must spend majority of time on the production floor.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).
• Knowledge of machining, welding, forming, and assembly.
• Experience with GD&T, FMEA, and tolerance stack-up.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-floor process engineering support for fluid processing.
• Evaluate production lines to identify improvements in efficiency, yield, and cycle times.
• Lead or support equipment installations and capital projects.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, Operations, R&D, and Quality to implement changes.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and standards.
