Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years designing electro-mechanical products or fluid handling equipment.
• Experience with reciprocating pumps, dispensing systems, or similar industrial products.
• Advanced SolidWorks proficiency including complex assemblies and DFMs.
• Strong expertise in servo motors, ball screws, and linear motion components.
• Solid understanding of fluid mechanics and pressure-driven flow systems.
• Experience with machined, cast, sheet metal, and molded components.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and release of pumps, dispensing systems, and automation equipment.
• Develop electro-mechanical solutions for precise fluid delivery and material handling.
• Perform system-level design including architecture, selection, analysis, and validation.
• Design components with a focus on performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Specify and integrate servo motors, ball screws, bearings, and drive components.
• Lead prototype development, testing, and design verification activities.
• Prepare specs, test plans, docs, and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and customers for product development.
