Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Quality Supervisor to direct, supervise and coordinate all operational quality activities in the Single Aisle Flowline.

You will lead the Quality team, including Lead Inspectors, and ensure Airbus quality standards across the aircraft based on the inspection dossier and applicable regulations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 5 years in aviation manufacturing, 3+ years in leadership, and proficiency with SAP and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in aviation.
• Experience with Quality/Logistics rules in aviation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Flowline Quality Line Side Inspection Team.
• Ensure competence and qualification management for inspectors.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet quality, cost and lead-time targets.
• Manage non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Interface with other departments to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Ensure OSHA, safety and environmental compliance.
