Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Quality Supervisor based in Mobile, AL to lead the Flowline Quality Team, ensuring Airbus quality standards across the production line and coordinating with operations and suppliers. The role requires a strong background in aviation manufacturing, leadership experience, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aviation manufacturing/production.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in aviation is highly preferred.
• Experience with Quality/Logistics rules in aviation manufacturing.
• Experience with an international team and communication with internal customers.
• Must be able to use SAP and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Flowline Quality Team; ensure Level 3 qualification compliance.
• Manage qualification management for Operations and Quality focal points.
• Ensure production milestones meet quality, cost and lead-time targets for FAL-USA.
• Drive containment of non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Serve as focal point for customer presentations and interactions.
• Provide training to improve procedures and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement to secure materials and tools.
• Plan and balance workload to meet approved schedules.
• Interface with other departments to resolve problems and drive improvements.
