Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Support Expert focused on FLOWCAL to act as a senior SME within a global support team. You will independently resolve complex FLOWCAL and measurement issues, lead escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes.

The role requires deep FLOWCAL expertise, strong knowledge of oil and gas measurement processes, and the ability to mentor teammates while delivering timely, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Energy Management, or related field.
• Experience supporting, implementing, or administering enterprise measurement or energy software in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and enterprise troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with IT Service Management and work management platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled or automation tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own complex FLOWCAL customer issues across the full case lifecycle with structured troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Serve as senior SME for FLOWCAL and Oil & Gas Measurement with configurations and workflows guidance.
• Lead customer working sessions, escalation calls, and emergency response plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Communicate risks and updates proactively to stakeholders during incidents or escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Cloud, and other teams to resolve issues and improve supportability.
• Assess case complexity, route work appropriately, and provide SME guidance on assignments and priorities.
• Create and improve knowledge content, mentor teammates, and translate technical concepts into customer-ready guidance.
• Promote adherence to support practices and use of AI tools to enhance investigations and outcomes.
